All you need is love...

OK, you might get by with a few accessories as well:

Normally, you get to bring...

  • One  carry-on bag OR a backpack limited to
    • 55 x 40 x 23 cm and a maximum weight of 10 kg
    • 22 x 14 x 9 inches and a maximum weight of 22 lbs

AND

  • One personal item, such as a purse OR small laptop bag

Many airlines, but not all, will also allow you to bring a big suitcase, which you'll need to check in at the airport. This thing will more often than not slow you down. Instead of hauling stuff you don't need, leave it at home. You'll get to squeeze in more precious hours of leisure time (not waiting in line), move freely about (no need to worry about locking it in or having pick it up at an unconvenient time of day), and [add more great reasons here].

Note that each airline have their own rules, so always check your baggage allowance (and look for those hidden fees while you're at it)! Keep in mind that low fare often means no extras. Not to worry, though - who needs extras?
